Your onboarding begins here!
Please complete all of the following onboarding tasks no later than their due date.
**If you are hired on or after a due date, please complete all deliverables immediately upon receipt.**
-
Do you provide busing? Our schools are conveniently located to public transportation! We work closely with the NYC Department of Education to provide all eligible students with free MetroCards for travel between home and school.
-
Do you serve students with IEPs?We currently offer supports such as ICT classrooms, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy.
-
Do you provide student meals? All Zeta students receive free and healthy meals, including breakfast, lunch (except for half-days), and two snacks (morning and afternoon). We are a “nut aware” school. This means that students may not bring nuts or nut products into our schools due to the high potential for student allergies. If your child has dietary restrictions, you may pack their lunch and snacks as needed.
-
Is the flu shot a requirement for Pre-K?Yes. It is a New York State requirement for Pre-K, but not K-5.
-
Do you have a school nurse?Yes. We have a school nurse on site to support the health and well-being of all our students. If your child requires medication during the school day, they will need an up to date “Medical Administration Form” on file. All students need to have up to date physicals and immunization records.
-
How does after-school programming work (Grades 1 - 5)?Our After-school Programs will include a wide variety of activities (art, chess, taekwondo, and others). After-school programs are by invitation or audition/ tryout only and based on good academic standing, good attendance records, expressed student interest, and demonstrated student skill level. You receive more information once school is in session!
Due by: Within 7 days of receiving Paycom email
