Mandatory Onboarding Tasks

People Operations will purchase and mail you books that we expect you to read ahead of your first day. Please be sure your mailing address is always current in Paycom to ensure delivery!

All Zeta teammates must read:

• The Ideal Team Player by Patrick Lencioni

• Mindset by Carol S. Dweck

• The Power of Moments by Chip and Dan Heath

All Teachers (aside from Specialty), Principals, and Assistant Principals must also read:

• Children's Mathematics: Second Edition by Thomas P. Carpenter

In order to ensure a safe environment, you must complete SafeSchools online safety training modules upon hire. You must log into your SafeSchools account and complete your assigned modules prior to your first day.

Please note that you cannot enroll in benefits prior to your first day of work. Benefits Enrollment will become active in Paycom on your first day.
